Litigation Solicitor

We\’re recruiting on behalf of an established solicitors\’ firm based in Wanstead, East London — a modern, forward‑thinking practice covering Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fee‑earning litigation solicitor who wants to work across a genuinely varied caseload with autonomy, support, and a clear path to progression.

The Role

• Property disputes — ownership, boundary, right of way, service charge, right to manage
• Landlord & tenant — possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewals (residential & commercial)
• Probate disputes — inheritance claims, will validity

What We\’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work
• Comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team environment
• Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills
• Experience working to billing targets
