An opportunity has arisen for a 3+ PQE Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX qualified professional to join a busy Wills, Trusts & Probate (Bereavement) team. You will handle a varied caseload including:
- Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney (simple to complex)
- Managing probate and estate administration, including HNW estates
- Handling taxable estates (IHT400s, reliefs, etc.)
- Advising on intestacy matters
- Trust administration, including: Life Interest & Discretionary Trusts
- Tax implications across the lifecycle of trusts
- Estate planning structures
- Some exposure to Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You:
- 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in Private Client work
- Experience across Wills, Probate & Trusts
- STEP qualified or working towards (desirable)
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and motivated to progress
