As a Level 3 Practitioner in our Ilford setting, you will be responsible for delivering world-class early years care. You will create a "home-from-home" environment where children feel secure to explore, learn, and grow, ensuring every child's individual needs are met through the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Planning: Design and lead creative, "in-the-moment" planning sessions that spark curiosity and meet EYFS milestones.
- Assessment: Manage a designated group of key children, maintaining high-quality digital learning journals and preparing transition reports.
- Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for parents, providing detailed handovers and fostering a collaborative relationship.
- Compliance: Ensure the nursery remains "Ofsted-ready" at all times by adhering to strict safeguarding, hygiene, and ratio regulations.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Skills: Proven experience in a busy nursery setting with a deep understanding of child protection and "Prevent" duty.
- Core Skills: Level 2 (Grade C/4) in English and Maths is essential.
