A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Wanstead is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload across Property Litigation and Private Client Disputes, whilst benefiting from strong career progression prospects within a supportive and modern practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property disputes, including ownership, boundary and rights of way matters.
  • Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Possession and eviction proceedings.
  • Probate disputes, inheritance claims and will validity disputes.
  • Debt recovery and general civil litigation matters.
  • Managing matters from instruction through to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE.
  • Strong experience in Property Litigation.
  • Experience handling Private Client disputes, including contentious probate matters.
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Wanstead.
