The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy Residential Property team.
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion whilst delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high professional standards.

- Freeholds
- Leaseholds
- Shared Ownership
- New Build
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Auctions
- Unregistered Land
- Transfers of Part
- Enfranchisement Matters
- Ensure continued compliance with SRA, CQS and internal compliance procedures.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation.
- Provide a responsive service to clients, delivering clear and consistent legal advice via email, telephone and in person.
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities.
- Ensure files are billed efficiently and at the earliest opportunity.
- Meet agreed annual billing and performance targets.
- Comply with all firmwide policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- Excellent client care skills with an empathetic approach to understanding client needs.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
