An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Senior to join a growing Chartered Accountancy practice based in Chadderton, Oldham.
This role is suited to a technically strong auditor who can lead audit assignments, manage junior staff, and handle more complex and technical audits.
Key Responsibilities- Leading statutory audits from planning through to completion
- Managing and reviewing the work of Audit Semi Seniors and juniors
- Handling more complex audit areas and technical matters
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients during audit engagements
- Ensuring audit files are completed to a high technical standard
- Supporting Managers and Partners with audit planning and delivery
- Strong audit background within UK accountancy practice of min 5+ years
- ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
- Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff
- Confident dealing with complex and technical audit areas
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
