We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home while building a rewarding career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided. What we are looking for are individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
The Role
This position will involve 180 recruitment, meaning you will focus on sourcing and placing candidates into roles with clients we are already working with. You will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, speaking with them about job opportunities, and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will work across several sectors including:
- Automotive
- Education
- Childcare
- Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates for live job opportunities
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Submitting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
- Working towards weekly KPIs and targets
- Delivering excellent candidate experience and customer service
