Senior Accountant (ACCA / ACA Qualified) | Remote (UK) | Central London
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional visits to our Central London office (typically once every two weeks, although this is negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is ACCA or ACA Qualified with an active membership status.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and providing both compliance and advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of specialist sectors.
- Preparing and reviewing Statutory Accounts.
- Preparing accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105.
- Preparing Year-End Accounts.
- Advising clients on VAT schemes and VAT compliance.
- Preparing Corporation Tax computations.
- Managing Directors' Loan Accounts.
- Preparing and reviewing Personal Tax returns.
- Advising clients on Loss Relief and other tax matters.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Explaining technical accounting and tax matters in a clear and commercially focused way.
- Building long-term relationships with clients while providing exceptional service.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Active ACA or ACCA membership status (essential).
- Significant experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
- Extensive experience preparing Statutory Accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and FRS 105.
- Experience with VAT schemes and VAT compliance.
- Experience preparing Year-End Accounts.
- Knowledge of Directors' Loan Accounts.
- Experience preparing Personal Tax returns.
- Strong understanding of Loss Relief.
