Branch Administrator – Guildford We are seeking a proactive and organised Branch Administrator to join our busy team in Guildford town centre. This role supports both the sales and lettings teams with key administrative and customer service duties. Key Responsibilities * Answering calls, assisting customers, and greeting visitors. * Creating property brochures, window cards, and correspondence. * Managing databases, spreadsheets, and compliance processes. * General admin tasks, including ordering supplies and filing. * Providing remote admin support for other branches when needed. About You * Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Friendly, customer-focused, and a team player. * Estate agency experience is a plus but not essential.
