The Opportunity
You would be supporting a fast‑growing, founder‑led technology business operating in a highly technical and innovative sector. The company was established in the early 2020s and has a small, collaborative team of approximately 30 people. The founder is seeking a capable, proactive Temporary EA/PA to provide 50/50 business and personal support, including some personal support for their partner. This is a newly created support role, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, working autonomously, and becoming a trusted right‑hand.
The Role
This position requires availability every weekday morning to manage emails and priorities for about one hour. Outside of this, work can be completed flexibly unless otherwise specified. There may be a requirement to attend up to one day per week in person, working from a private residence in a well‑connected Berkshire area.
Responsibilities
- Managing a busy inbox (approx. 30–50 emails per day), prioritising and drafting responses
- General administration and light financial admin
- Coordinating international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Scheduling meetings and diary management
- Supporting internal events and team socials
Personal Support
- Holiday and travel planning
- Managing contractors and household‑related research
- Personal shopping and ad hoc errands
- Booking and managing appointments (medical, veterinary, etc.)
- Managing personal accounts and household bills
About You
- Genuine, hard‑working, honest, and upfront
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Previous experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or high‑net‑worth individual preferred
- Discreet, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Confident guiding someone who is new to having EA/PA support
