Design-led, high-end property developer is seeking a warm, proactive, muck-in and non-precious Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their dynamic and sociable creative studio. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a fun, ambitious and fast-paced team.
START DATE ASAP – Will wait up to 2 weeks' notice max
The Role
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and act as front-of-house
- Meet and greet visitors; manage calls, inbox, post and deliveries
- Support the Directors and team with proactive administrative, diary and travel
- Manage meeting rooms, agendas, refreshments and minutes
- Liaise with architects, designers, PR, photographers and external suppliers
- Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-stocked studio environment
- Support onboarding, HR admin and team wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration
- Support marketing activity, content shoots and website updates
- Organise team socials, events and studio celebrations
The Candidate
- Hard-working, upbeat and highly organised with a “can-do” attitude
- A natural people person with strong emotional intelligence
- Meticulous eye for detail and pride in creating a great workplace
- Happy to muck in, no task too big or too small
- Some office experience required (internships/part-time whilst studying/grad schemes ok)
