The Role
- Protecting and managing the CEO’s time, anticipating needs, and prioritising effectively
- Full inbox and diary management; responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate
- Managing meetings, lunches, and dinners with senior stakeholders
- Engaging directly with investors, potential investors, NEDs, and partners
- Preparing pitch decks and maintaining key documents
- Organising global travel, itineraries, and supporting IR roadshows and M&A activities
- Handling occasional office management and personal tasks (~10%)
This is a highly visible, autonomous role with the opportunity to make it your own. You will see the impact of your work daily and be part of a team that moves fast and has fun doing it.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in private equity or high-level deal environments
- Must have supported CEO/Founder/Leader

- Deadline-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
