A unique opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team. As the front-of-house receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome to often senior-level guests and clients. Based in the heart of the City in stunning offices, this is a busy and varied reception role encompassing some admin support too. Duties will include:

  • Answering calls
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
  • Responding to external and internal company emails
  • Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and tidy
  • Helping to organise company events
  • Support for the facilities team
  • General admin – filing, scanning, printing, photocopying as requested

We are looking for a well-spoken, bright, professional and charming individual who is enthusiastic, muck in and enjoys being a key part of a busy team.
