We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder & CEO of an exciting, fast-growing creative start-up. A fantastic opportunity to work for an intelligent, exceptionally driven founder at the heart of a creative, entrepreneurial business. You’ll be his trusted right hand, helping him focus on what matters most while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
THE ROLE
Remote or Shoreditch-based. Start date: 3rd of November. Initial commitment: 1–2 months, while a permanent EA is recruited.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own and optimise the CEO’s schedule, protecting time for his highest priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, managing multiple time zones with ease.
- Prepare agendas, create briefing notes, capture actions and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Draft, edit and proofread communications with exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Organise business travel, building detailed itineraries and thoughtful pre-trip briefings.
- Anticipate changes, navigate last-minute challenges and make the complex feel effortless.
Ideally, you’ll have experience supporting a founder or CEO within a start-up or scale-up environment, where priorities move quickly and no two days are quite the same.
