A dynamic and very successful real estate private equity firm, with interests including 5* hotels, prime commercial and residential properties, is seeking a driven, top-tier Executive Assistant to support their entrepreneurial Founder. The Founder is described as a generous, calm, social, and appreciative family man. The role also involves ad hoc support to two other partners.

The company is international, with offices worldwide, headquartered in Mayfair, London. It values a collaborative, friendly culture, as confirmed by current employees. Staff turnover is very low. The company offers exceptional benefits and very generous bonuses.

The role is diverse, involving:

  • Diary management
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Arranging internal/external meetings
