The Role

• Managing the reception area and welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are impeccably presented.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Supporting with refreshments, catering and meeting arrangements.
• Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required.
