** CAMBRIDGE BASED – must be able to drive – free parking **A growing international tech scale-up is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be a true right-hand and partner to its Founder & CEO.This is a high-trust, varied role for someone who is highly organised, discreet and proactive, someone who naturally anticipates what needs to happen and takes ownership of getting it done.You’ll provide senior-level strategic executive support while also helping to coordinate projects, priorities, stakeholders and selected personal logistics. No two days will be the same, and the role will suit someone who enjoys working at the centre of a fast-moving business.You’ll bring:
- Must have supported a Founder, CEO or senior executive
- Ambitious, driven and confident
- Exceptional organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Excellent judgement, discretion and follow-through
- Comfortable dealing with senior C-suite executives
- Confidence managing complex diaries, travel and competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work calmly and independently in a fast-paced environment
The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week near Cambridge, and includes occasional international travel and some flexibility outside core hours when required. This is an opportunity to become a genuinely trusted partner to a Founder during an important phase of international growth, with scope for the role to develop significantly over time.
