We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support an internationally recognised VIP with an extremely demanding and fast-paced lifestyle. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned, discreet, and highly capable EA/PA to step into a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of their principal’s professional and personal life. This is a 24/7, high-pressure position that requires exceptional commitment, flexibility, and judgement. The successful candidate will be the principal’s right hand — managing an ever-changing global diary, coordinating travel across multiple time zones, and acting as the key liaison between the principal and a wide range of high-level contacts and service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and schedule management across international time zones
- Oversee and manage two large private residences (UK and Europe)
- Liaise with domestic staff, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate international travel, often at short notice
- Work closely with legal, financial, and accounting professionals on personal matters
- Handle private banking, investments, and financial admin with total discretion
- Organise and manage high-end events, private functions, and VIP engagements
- Be available outside normal hours – this is a fully committed, always-on position
- Ability to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience supporting a high-profile individual (celebrity, Movie Star, HNW, UHNW, or similar VIP)
- Background as a Senior EA, Private PA, or Chief of Staff
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Exceptionally discreet and trustworthy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident dealing with elite-level service providers, legal and financial teams
- Able to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Willingness to travel and be on-call as needed
