We are seeking an experienced and highly organised PA/House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a large private residence in Knightsbridge.
The PA/House Manager will take ownership of all aspects of household administration, maintenance coordination, and property management, acting as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and services, while ensuring the home operates efficiently and to a high standard.
Required to work 2 days a week / 8 hrs a day / 16 hrs a week / £35 gross an hour on a self-employed contract.
Responsibilities- Overall management of a large Knightsbridge property
- Maintain and manage the household diary and weekly schedules
- Oversee and follow through on the Household Maintenance Matrix
- Schedule, confirm, and supervise all maintenance visits and repairs
- Source, gather, and collate quotes for annual services and contracts
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers
- Coordinate and supervise service personnel in the property
- Liaise closely with the Housekeeper to ensure smooth household operations
- Manage any property renovation projects, liaising with architects and specialists
- Monitor and manage the household email account
- Maintain digital and physical household filing systems
- Database and contact list management
- Create and maintain household spreadsheets and documents, including but not limited to: Maintenance Matrix, Inventories
