We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private Executive Assistant / House Manager to support a high-profile VIP with a global lifestyle, demanding schedule, and exceptionally high standards. This is a rare opportunity to step into a top‑tier Private PA position, acting as the trusted right hand to a prominent individual. You will take full ownership of the principal’s personal operations, ensuring the smooth running of every aspect of their life. The role requires consistent presence at the private residence 5 days a week with no remote or hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Full management of a complex, fast‑paced international diary
- Coordinating multi‑leg global travel, logistics, and itineraries
- Oversight of multiple high‑value private residences across the UK and Europe
- Managing domestic staff and coordinating third‑party service providers
- Organising private events, dinners, and high‑level social functions
- Liaising directly with lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and other VIP contacts
- Handling confidential documentation, personal banking, and expenses
- Providing 24/7 availability when required and responding to last‑minute changes
- Accompanying the principal on international trips when necessary
Ideal Candidate:
