How to prepare for a job interview at Knightsbridge
✨Know Your Stuff
Before the interview, brush up on your housekeeping and cooking skills. Be ready to discuss your experience in detail, especially any specific tasks you've handled in previous roles. This will show that you’re not just a good cook but also someone who understands the nuances of maintaining a household.
✨Showcase Your Discretion
Since this is a private household, discretion is key. Prepare examples of how you've maintained confidentiality in past positions. This could be anything from handling sensitive information to respecting the privacy of the family you worked for.
✨Team Player Vibes
Highlight your ability to work well with others. Since you'll be collaborating with other household staff, think of instances where you’ve successfully worked as part of a team. This could include coordinating with chefs or other housekeepers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
✨Ask Smart Questions
At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! Inquire about the household's routines, the principal’s dietary preferences, or how they like their home organised. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you gauge if it’s the right fit for you.
