We are looking to hire an exceptionally bright, articulate, switched-on graduate to work for a lovely private family living in the Kensington area of London. Working as part of a small team of dedicated Private PAs, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm, within a private house, overseeing all daily admin generated by a busy, London family. All applicants must be happy to be called out of hours occasionally if needed.
This role would ideally suit a recent Graduate/1st/2nd Jobber with ideally either a 2:1 or 1st class degree, looking to gain experience working within a private family environment. Working for a highly intelligent boss, you will be involved with all the daily admin generated by the acquisition of several commercial and residential properties, dealing with estate agents, lawyers, accountants, contractors, and suppliers daily.
All graduates applying for this job need to be naturally intelligent, analytical, quick at absorbing and relaying information in a clear, concise way, and happy producing regular reports/spreadsheets for the principal on daily expenditure, household budgets, and maintenance issues. You will also be responsible for some email/diary management, ad hoc research projects, scheduling events/appointments, and personal shopping.
This is a very interesting, varied Private PA role where no two days are ever the same, suitable for a pro-active, career-driven graduate looking for a busy, all-encompassing role. Occasional travel may be required to properties outside of London.
