This stunning, state-of-the-art home combines advanced systems, museum-quality finishes, fine art, and antiques—yet remains a warm and welcoming family residence. We’re looking for someone with the skill, vision, and grace to ensure it runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Property Set-up & Transition
• Oversee final completion of construction and finishing touches, ensuring all standards are met
• Learn, document, and manage sophisticated home automation, AV, and security systems
• Establish service and maintenance contracts and vendor relationships
• Create detailed household manuals, SOPs, and inventories
• Recruit, onboard, and train new household staff
• Coordinate move-in logistics and manage procurement
• Liaise with architects, designers, and suppliers to finalise works
Phase 2: On-going House Management
• Manage daily household operations, staff, and service delivery
• Maintain the home to impeccable standards at all times
• Handle budgeting, household finances, and supplier contracts
• Maintain and update household systems, inventories, and schedules
• Oversee guest arrivals, private events, and household security
• Act as the primary liaison between the family and external teams
• Provide operational updates to the Principal and Chief of Staff
• Lead on contingency planning, emergency readiness, and household policy enforcement
