As a Product Marketing Manager at LHH, you will be responsible for driving the activation of LHH products and services in our Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio. This includes sales messaging, positioning, and go‐to‐market activities. You will collaborate and partner closely with cross‐functional teams, including product & innovation, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing sustainable promotion of LHH's offerings.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Market Analysis: Source and apply market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. This includes internal research and insights available to inform go‐to‐market strategy. Regularly gather and synthesise feedback from candidates and buyers to inform product messaging and innovation stories. Lead competitive analysis sessions, translating findings into actionable recommendations for product positioning.
  • Go‐to‐Market Strategy: Proactively develop and execute comprehensive go‐to‐market plans aligned with company and business line objectives. Define messaging and value propositions based on market insights and business needs. Create and execute go‐to‐market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Lead and project manage cross‐functional teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing product marketing activities. Develop competitive positioning strategies to differentiate LHH in the market.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Write and produce high‐impact sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, email campaigns, blog posts, and video scripts that move buyers to action. Partner with design teams to create visually engaging assets that highlight product innovations and customer success stories. Develop and maintain a library of buyer‐centric content, ensuring materials are regularly updated to reflect the latest product advancements. Collaborate with product and innovation teams to translate technical advancements into clear, compelling stories for the market. Act as advocate for innovation – creating an experience platform that showcases latest innovations. Create communication plans to highlight the value these innovations bring to clients and candidates.
  • Campaign Management: Develop Go‐to‐Market plans that highlight the most effective marketing activities and channels to reach buyers. Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaign materials to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on agreed metrics and insights, applying the learning to drive future successes.

  • Demonstrated experience in hands‐on product marketing, with a portfolio of content that has driven buyer engagement and action.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with a track record of translating complex innovations into accessible, persuasive marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, CRM systems, and content creation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, MS Teams, Asana, Seismic).
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimise marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross‐functional projects from concept to execution.
