Remote with residence in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to program participants via call and email to introduce them to the career transition processes and activate their program.
- Engage individuals professionally, addressing their queries and providing relevant information about the career coaching program.
- Encourage participation within the program, understanding the challenges participants may face.
- Make 15 calls per hour during busy periods; each call lasts 3–5 minutes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous call center experience is essential.
- Target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect effectively with participants.
- Empathy and understanding for individuals through career transitions and talent development.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
