What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements as part of a high-performing team—ensuring workstreams are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist with translating client challenges into actionable project plans that clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Serve as a client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Help facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and co-create tailored solutions.
- Assist with distilling complex data and qualitative input into clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to design practical, evidence-based solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.
- Help identify opportunities to expand client relationships, including upsell and cross-sell potential within active engagements.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enhance the practice’s capabilities.
- Participate in rigorous project documentation, risk management, and compliance with contractual and firm standards.
- Aspire to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices, integrating relevant insights into client work and internal innovation.
About you
Required skill and experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA/MS in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field) strongly preferred.
- Experience: Consultants – Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas—leadership consulting, culture transformation, organizational design, or change management. Senior Consultants – 4+ years of experience in HR or leadership consulting, with demonstrated success in project delivery and client engagement. Experience in project management and involvement in pre‑sales activities (e.g., proposals, RFPs) is highly desirable.
- Industry Exposure: Prior in‑house experience within corporate HR or Talent functions is a plus.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to manage multiple assignments independently in fast‑paced environments; facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders; exceptional communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Innovation & Curiosity: Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning tools within consulting environments, with a point of view on their potential to transform client delivery models.
