We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join our growing team specialising in Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation.
- The Role
- Handling a litigated caseload of Credit Hire and PI matters from issue of proceedings through to trial.
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties.
- Delivering excellent client care while achieving targets and deadlines.
- About You
- Experience handling Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation files is essential.
- Confident managing your own caseload independently.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Solicitor, Litigation Executive, or experienced Paralegal considered.
