An accomplished entrepreneur is seeking a highly capable Private & Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support across a diverse portfolio of business interests alongside personal and family commitments.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner in a role that blends executive-level business support with private PA responsibilities. The successful candidate will enjoy significant autonomy, a flexible working pattern and the chance to build a long-term working relationship with a dynamic and successful principal.
Working Arrangement:
- Permanent, part-time position
- Three days per week
- Monday morning working remotely
- Monday afternoon based in Twickenham
- Tuesday and Thursday working remotely
- Flexible hours: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
The role:
No two days will be the same. You'll act as the central point of coordination for both professional and personal matters, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
From managing business priorities and financial administration to coordinating family schedules and special occasions, you'll be relied upon to anticipate needs, solve problems and keep multiple moving parts organised.
All PAs applying must have strong Excel and Xero experience and ideally good knowledge of the project management tools Trello or Monday.
Business & Executive Support:
- Managing a demanding and ever-changing schedule
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Overseeing inbox management and correspondence
- Strong Excel & Xero experience, good knowledge of the project management tools Trello or Monday
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring projects, deadlines and key business activities
- Supporting bookkeeping, cashflow monitoring and reporting
- Assisting with management information and business administration
- Maintaining systems and processes to maximise efficiency
Private & Family Support:
- Managing a busy family calendar
- Coordinating children's activities, appointments and commitments
- Organising family events, celebrations and special occasions
- Purchasing gifts and arranging personal errands
- Scheduling appointments and household-related administration
- Providing seamless day-to-day support across family life
You will be an experienced EA/Private PA who thrives in a role where trust, initiative and discretion are essential.
You’ll bring:
