Based in a beautiful central London office and working closely with the Principal and Executive Assistant, you’ll take ownership of complex, end-to-end travel, family logistics and lifestyle requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting UHNW individuals or families and be confident managing sophisticated, multi-destination travel, anticipating requirements and finding solutions when plans change.

Key responsibilities include

  • Planning and managing complex domestic and international travel for the Principal and family, from initial research and booking through to real-time support while travelling.
  • Creating detailed, bespoke itineraries covering private aviation, commercial flights, luxury accommodation, ground transportation, transfers, guides, restaurants, experiences and activities.
  • Coordinating multi-destination and multi-leg trips, often involving changing schedules, multiple family members and last-minute requirements.

Preparing comprehensive travel packs, including itineraries, confirmations, travel documentation, contact details, preferences and contingency arrangements.

  • Managing changes, disruptions and unexpected issues calmly and efficiently, providing solutions and alternatives with minimal impact on the family.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury hotels, travel advisors, private aviation providers, chauffeurs, concierge services, restaurants and other trusted suppliers.
  • Researching and arranging exceptional, highly bespoke experiences tailored to the family’s interests and preferences.

  • Maintaining household records, memberships, subscriptions, insurance and other personal administration.
  • Assisting with expenses, invoices, travel costs and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining detailed records of family preferences, travel history, supplier relationships and important personal information.
  • Remaining available and responsive when required, particularly around complex or high-profile travel arrangements.
  • Anticipating needs rather than simply responding to requests, using initiative and sound judgement to ensure every detail has been considered.

About you

  • Significant experience in luxury travel, travel management, private household, Family Office or UHNW support, ideally combining travel concierge and Personal Assistant responsibilities.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end international travel for UHNW individuals or families.

Excellent knowledge of luxury hotels, destinations, private aviation, chauffeurs, bespoke experiences and high-end travel suppliers.

  • Highly organised, meticulous and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple itineraries and priorities simultaneously.
  • Calm and solutions-focused when plans change, with the confidence to manage unexpected situations and time-sensitive requests.
  • Naturally proactive, with an instinct for anticipating requirements and identifying potential issues before they arise.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with an absolute understanding of confidentiality and the sensitivities involved in supporting a private family.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise with principals, family members, household staff, agents, suppliers and senior professional advisers.

Comfortable working across different time zones and adapting to changing schedules and requirements.

  • Resourceful and highly service-oriented, with a genuine desire to deliver a seamless, five-star experience.
  • Technically confident, with excellent IT skills and the ability to manage detailed information, itineraries and confidential documentation.
  • A genuine interest in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle and current trends.
