The role:
- Open up the office
- Let maintenance staff in to see to their duties
- Check the mailbox and ensure everything is in order in the office (i.e. taps running, lights working etc.)
- Set up office for meetings
- Stock fridge/kitchen with drinks and snacks
- Provide coffee/tea for meetings
- Arrange lunch
- Print documents
