The opportunity: Temporary, ongoing role with the potential to become permanent.
What you'll be doing
- Picking up the phone and generating new business through high-volume outbound calls to a defined list of prospects.
- Turning conversations into opportunities and converting prospects into free trials wherever possible.
- Engaging and nurturing warm leads across multiple channels, moving them towards the next step in their buying journey.
- Following up with trial users and converting them into paying customers.
- Keeping lead and activity data accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
- Working closely with the Sales team to identify and hand over larger, qualified opportunities.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and working with Sales to continually improve our messaging, lead generation and processes.
What we're looking for
- Around 1 year's experience in outbound calling, ideally targeting small businesses (think plumbers, roofers, lawyers, beauticians and more!).
- Experience nurturing warm leads and converting prospects into trials.
- A real appetite for sales and a natural drive to turn conversations into customers.
- A self-starter who is motivated by targets, numbers and results.
- Someone creative, proactive and happy working at pace in a fast-moving start-up environment.
