A very high-profile and iconic luxury interior design company based in SW London is looking for an upbeat, agile, and positive Studio Coordinator to join their friendly and inclusive team. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations within the studio and offers lots of opportunities for progression and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general support to the Head of Interiors and the Creative Director
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings/appointments for the Head of Interiors
- Assisting across the studio with administrative tasks, correspondence, and document preparation
- Attending weekly progress meetings and following up for information from designers
- Collating and checking all designers\’ timesheets against fee proposals and allocating accordingly
- Induction for new starters, IT setup, and related onboarding tasks
- Tracking leave for studio staff
- Raising financial correspondence and tracking invoices with the finance department
- Gathering information from suppliers and liaising as needed
- Communicating with UNW & UHNW clients
- Meeting and greeting visitors
Candidate Profile:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar creative environment, studio management, administration, or PA roles
- Bright, willing, proactive, and friendly attitude
- Excellent grammar skills are essential
