Outline Summary of the role – opportunities for progression and growth
- Providing general support to the Head of Interiors and the Creative Director
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings/appointments for the Head of Interiors
- Collaborating across the studio with admin, correspondence, etc.
- Preparing documents and planning responses
- Attending weekly progress meetings and following up for information from designers
- Collecting all designers\’ timesheets, allocating hours, and checking against fee proposals
- Inducting new starters, setting up IT, etc.
- Tracking leave for studio staff
- Raising financial correspondence and monitoring invoices with the finance department
- Liaising with suppliers and gathering information
- Communicating with UNW & UHNW clients
- Greeting visitors and managing reception duties

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar creative environment, studio management, admin, PA, etc.
