Fast moving, leading Sloane Square boutique consultancy with an outstanding reputation is recruiting an ambitious, hardworking and impressive individual for a consultant role in recruitment.

Partnering with an exceptional team of like-minded, truly collaborative and industry-leading individuals you will be working at director level with high profile companies, entrepreneurs, celebrities and UHNWIs in boutique finance, luxury goods, interior design, tech, property and private family offices.

Experience:

  • 5+ years account management experience or similar
  • Proven experience in successful relationship building, sales, presenting to clients, negotiation and closing deals
  • Open to industry: sales, travel, property, luxury goods, members’ clubs, ran your own business – just needs to make sense!

You:

  • Probably a polished graduate from a leading university – quick, sharp, savvy, curious
  • Commercially aware outgoing, confident people person with ‘sophisticated’ communication skills – a chameleon with strong EQ and the ability to read subtle cues and build authentic, long-term relationships
  • Write well
  • Tenacious, hard worker and money motivated A self-starter with high personal standards who always goes the extra mile
