An exciting opportunity for a personable and organised Receptionist to join a highly regarded creative studio.
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and helping to ensure the studio operates efficiently. This is a hands-on position offering plenty of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of office life.
The Role
- Providing a welcoming front-of-house service to visitors, clients and colleagues
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Overseeing meeting room schedules and ensuring spaces are ready for use
- Coordinating refreshments, transport, couriers, deliveries and post
- Maintaining studio records, staff schedules and shared inboxes
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the working environment remains organised and presentable
- Assisting with office administration, health and safety procedures and internal events
- Providing occasional assistance with expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting the Office Manager with the smooth running of the studio
- Communicating with teams across the wider international organisation
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with previous reception or office support experience. Confident and approachable, you will enjoy interacting with people and take pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
