We are seeking an impressive junior Receptionist with some front of house exposure, this could include internships or work experience, who is eager to build a career within a luxury, creative environment. You will be the sole receptionist, trusted to manage the front desk independently, create an immaculate first impression, and handle sensitive interactions with confidence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Acting as the sole receptionist and front-of-house representative
- Opening the office and maintaining an impeccable reception area Meeting and greeting VIP and HNW guests with professionalism and poise
- Answering phones and managing general enquiries
- Managing inboxes, stationery, and kitchen stock; placing and tracking orders
- Liaising with building security regarding visitors and office access
- Collecting and distributing post; arranging couriers
- Booking taxis and supporting staff travel arrangements
- Supporting the Office Manager and wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes (fobs, staff lists)
- Supporting finance with invoice approvals
