A UHNW family office in Hampstead is looking for an outstanding Property Assistant & Guest Concierge to join their small, supportive team.
This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious private family office, supporting a portfolio of properties and ensuring everything runs seamlessly for the principals and their guests.
It's a very hands-on role for someone happy to get stuck in, think on their feet and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
The Role
- Supporting the running of the family office and multiple properties
- Manage shopping, running errands and helping with deliveries
- Preparing properties for guests and ensuring everything is perfect for their arrival
- Looking after guests and assisting with grocery, meal, and concierge requirements
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs and property maintenance
- Carry out ad hoc research, projects, and general support for the Principals
- Be prepared to muck in and take on whatever needs doing to keep things running smoothly
