We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and Russian-speaking Private PA to support a highly successful UHNW entrepreneur in his late 30s. The principal is based primarily in London (Marylebone), travels often, and leads an international lifestyle with business interests in IT and beyond (no business ties to Russia). He’s exceptionally generous, loyal, and values his team deeply.

This is a largely remote role, but you must be based in London to handle errands, coordinate with contractors during a flat renovation, and be on hand when the principal is in town. You won’t be micromanaged – it’s all about being accessible, responsive, and able to get things done without being micromanaged.

The role:

  • Coordinating refurbishment of a high-end Marylebone flat – liaising with contractors, designers, and suppliers
  • Running local errands – e.g., delivering/collecting documents, post, parcels
  • Booking restaurants, taxis, personal shopping, and occasional last-minute tasks
  • Managing cleaners and checking on the apartment
  • Liaising with UK authorities or institutions when necessary
  • Occasionally working weekends or bank holidays (with time off in lieu); flexible schedule

You won’t handle travel bookings – another assistant covers that – and the role is very manageable day-to-day. Some days are quiet, others are more active.

The candidate:

  • Based in London (must have the right to work)
  • 2+ years' experience in a Private or Executive Assistant role
  • Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, discreet, trustworthy, and solution-oriented
  • Self-employed, able to invoice monthly (with a formal agreement including paid leave)

You’ll work with a thoughtful, open-minded individual who genuinely appreciates and rewards his assistant. If you’re looking for a role that values flexibility, trust, and variety — and you enjoy supporting someone who’s truly pleasant to work with — this could be the perfect fit.
