This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded, highly intelligent but down-to-earth Private PA with experience supporting an HNWI working in a very fast-moving environment. We need someone who is savvy, open to new ideas, who is always questioning if something could be done better, more efficiently, or cheaper.
Based in a private family office and working with a team of assistants, itβs a challenging but fascinating and involving role including complex scheduling, organising travel, property management, liaison with household staff and also being involved in the many business enterprises.
- Complex diary management
- Extensive door-to-door travel arrangements, including the use of private jets
- General PA duties
- Researching and shopping for luxury gifts
- Petty cash and invoice paying, keeping accurate records at all times
- Maintaining the internal filing systems
- Managing the gifting
An unstructured and often hectic environment β you must be happy going with the flow where everybody mucks in and no job is too big or too small, as one day you will be overseeing large scale budgets and involved in very high profile events, the next you will be organising a takeaway or taking a dog for a walk.
