Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Private PA to support an UHNWI. The role is split 60% business / 40% private and requires discretion, efficiency, and a calm, proactive approach.

This is temp contract, with high potential of it going permanent.Â

Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (minimal out-of-hours contact)

Key Responsibilities:

- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and detailed itineraries
- Oversight of payments, invoices, and expenditure
- Managing correspondence (emails, calls, post)
- General administrative support across professional commitments
- Booking hotels, restaurants, events, and experiences
- Scheduling medical appointments for the principal and family, including insurance claims
- Coordinating pet care
- Managing and renewing household insurance policies (home, medical, travel, car)
- Providing comprehensive household administrative support
- Running errands such as returns, dry cleaning, gift purchasing, and courier collections
