My client is a fast-growing, phenomenally successful, and dynamic high-profile company with business interests across the world. They also have huge philanthropic/charitable interests.
The role has two sides: Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Culture Officer, and you will also be the Project Coordinator for their charitable initiatives, which are spearheaded by your principal.
The role is largely REMOTE, with meetings 1 or 2 days a week in Central London. Some weeks could be more days, and some with no London meetings.
The right candidate must have an international mindset, Senior international EA experience and have worked with an international charity or philanthropic foundation

THE ROLE
This role provideshigh-level administrative and executive supportto the Chief Culture Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of daily priorities, communications, meetings,traveland confidential matters.
The role also requiresproject and programme coordinationsupport for the Chief Culture Officer'sculture and philanthropic initiatives, requiring the ability to manage data,communicationsandlogisticsindependently across multiple concurrent workstreams and be a point of contact for the Culture team.
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Manage andmaintainthe Chief Culture Officer's diary, proactively prioritising commitments and ensuring effective use of time
- Arrange complex travel, taxis,accommodationand itineraries, including international travel whererequired
- Organise conference calls, Teams meetings and videocallsacross multiple time zones
- Support projects, events and culture-related initiatives as required, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
- Coordinate progress updates and reporting across all philanthropic and culture programmes
- Build and maintain data trackers and dashboards (in Excel, PPT or AI tools) to monitor programme progress, applications, and campaign performance
THE CANDIDATE
- Must have an international mindset
- A candidate who has philanthropic experience or has worked with/for an international charity
- Experience as a Senior EA working in a similar role in a fast-paced and international environment
- Strong business acumenand understanding of working in a senior executive environment
- Experience of working in aglobal organisation supporting teams across different countries
- Experience inprogramme or project coordination, ideally across philanthropic initiatives, not solely PA experience
- Strong understanding of andconfidence using AI tools(e.g. Claude, Manus, Copilot and others) to support drafting, research, dataanalysisand productivity β comfortable adopting new tools quickly
