Overview
A forward-thinking and creative boutique finance house in West-London are looking for a charming, confident and muck-in Part-time PA to join their social, fun and close-knit team. This is not your typical finance house, definitely more of a creative environment but with the perks of finance.
Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Setting up meetings
- Management of portfolio companies
- Arranging travel
- Organising company events
- Restaurant bookings
- Liaising with clients
- Research projects
- Booking taxis
- Adhoc cover of Reception
- Hospitality for meetings
- Will attend outside of hours client/company events (4-5 per year)
Requirements
They are looking for someone with 1-2+ years PA experience, essential that this person has previous office exposure and strong experience using the Microsoft package.
Personality fit and attitude is key here – a charming and warm team-player who is extremely muck-in and has a no job is too big or small attitude and a good sense of humour.
This person must be well-presented, take pride in their work, be meticulously organised and have a charming natural confidence– this role will involve being client-facing.
