An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive, and charismatic PA to support a celebrated TV chef and author. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and relish the opportunity to act as a trusted right-hand to an inspiring founder at the heart of a successful and growing brand.
Location: Chelsea, London (5 days in)
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of both business and personal affairs, providing seamless support across multiple projects, events, shoots and commercial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Full and complex diary and calendar management
- Scheduling meetings, media interviews, TV shoots and events
- Coordinating all logistics, travel arrangements and follow-up actions
- Managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
- Organising brand partnerships and TV shoots, including call sheets, travel, props and timings
- Supporting live events, appearances and book signings
- Office administration and maintaining efficient filing systems
- Ad hoc personal support including travel planning, restaurant reservations and household appointments
Candidate Profile:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused under pressure
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Professional, personable and client-facing
- Commercially aware and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Discreet, trustworthy and resourceful
- Experienced supporting a founder, entrepreneur or high-profile individual
- A driver is essential (ideally with your own car)
