The CEO of this very high-profile luxury brand with a world-class reputation needs someone exceptional to organise their frenetic business life.
Acting as the first point of contact and gatekeeper, you will work closely with the EA to the Founder and be responsible for:
- Arranging meetings, appointments and travel itineraries
- Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Inbox management, responding to emails and phone calls
- Organising and coordinating high-profile meetings, events, and conference calls
- Liaising with other departments
- Anticipating the needs of the Executive Assistant and C-Suite members
- Admin and special projects
- Managing and supporting all travel administration for employees across the business
- Some personal tasks and errands for the executive team
A really varied PA job, there is lots of scheduling and coordination to ensure the CEO’s time is maximised to the full. You will be an important ambassador and will be expected to screen calls efficiently and effectively.
They are looking for a polished and professional PA with charm, bags of EQ, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work at pace. You will be calm and composed, always thinking ahead and naturally forging strong relationships with the team around you. The PA will regularly deal with VVIPs, so confidence and discretion are key.
