Founded by a very successful entrepreneur, this tech company is creating influential waves in the world of AI commerce. Their new central London offices are stunning; the pace is fast but fun, the standards are high, and the team are hard-working, high-achieving and supportive. Not your typical creative environment – think more slick, traditional high-end luxury.
This is a newly created Team PA role, so it's a great opportunity to make the role your own and develop it. This person will be reporting to their charming Senior EA, and will be responsible for providing PA support to 6 international leadership members, plus assisting with client events, ad hoc projects and general day-to-day running of the office.
5 days a week in the office, duties will include, but not limited to:
- Provide PA and administrative support to six Leadership Team members
- Organise meetings, room bookings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Process and manage expenses
- Stakeholder liaison
- Act as a key point of contact in the office, assisting with ad hoc requests as needed
- Welcome and host clients, partners, and guests, ensuring a polished and professional experience
- Support the wider office with day-to-day needs and problem-solving
- Work closely with the CEO’s EA to ensure alignment and effective leadership support
They are looking for someone super slick with a wonderful muck-in/team-player attitude; confident, hard-working and flexible, who is happy and familiar with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Desired profile would be previous experience (2-4+ years) as a PA/Team PA/Assistant in a fast-paced luxury creative background – emphasis on high-end luxury or tech.
