A very well-established contemporary fine jewellery luxury brand is looking for an experienced Studio/Operations Manager. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio and office.
This role requires proactivity and a keen attention to detail. It involves managing studio operations, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and organised work environment.
In addition to managing office administration, this role encompasses recruitment, HR admin and compliance, IT, facilities management, as well as admin support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, manage suppliers and budgets, maintain equipment, and ensure workspace efficiency and compliance.
