About the role:
- Recruitment support – creating job specs, coordinating with external recruitment organisations
- Onboarding – background screening, hire inductions, systems set up
- Operational support – HR processes, Payroll, performance management, health and safety, Implementation of HR systems
About you:
- Prior experience working in HR
- 3+ years of experience working in an administrative role
- A graduate from a Russell Group/ Top University, a 2.1 Minimum AAB minimum at A-level
- Confident, hard working, excellent attention to detail, and solutions-oriented.
