Calling all creative team players! Innovative and exciting high-end creative studio and property developer is seeking a warm, proactive and muck-in Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their dynamic and sociable creative studio. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a fun, ambitious and fast-paced team. First jobbers welcome, but some office experience is required. This could be an internship or work experience during school/college/university.
The Role
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and act as front-of-house
- Meet and greet visitors; manage calls, inbox, post and deliveries
- Support the Directors and team with proactive administrative, diary and travel
- Manage meeting rooms, agendas, refreshments and minutes
- Liaise with architects, designers, PR, photographers and external suppliers
- Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-stocked studio environment
- Support onboarding, HR admin and team wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration
- Support marketing activity, content shoots and website updates
- Organise team socials, events and studio celebrations
