We are looking for a confident self-starter to join the collaborative marketing team at a top company based in Greenwich.

With UHNW Founders, the entrepreneurial team focuses on a variety of high-end, eclectic and interesting projects.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with first-class communication and prioritisation skills to be part of a dynamic and successful team.

As Brand Marketing Assistant, you will be able to juggle several projects seamlessly, have an impeccable eye for detail and come with an interest in brand and design.

Duties will include:

  • Provide marketing campaign support for events – idea generation, Eventbrite management, collateral development
  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager with developing branded content and copy, and monthly reporting on effectiveness
  • Support with regular communications to the audience database
  • Manage content flow between marketing and customer services
  • Champion brand consistency across all sub-brands
  • Manage marketing support inboxes and respond when required
  • Raise POs for brand marketing activity and coordinate with finance to ensure suppliers are paid on time
  • Analysis of branded events and on-site events support
  • Admin for the marketing team – credit card reconciliation, management of bi-monthly team meetings, diary management for quarterly meetings
