A unique opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team. As the front-of-house receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome to often HNW guests and clients.
Based in the heart of the West End, this is a busy and varied reception role encompassing admin support too. Duties will also include:
- Answering calls
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Responding to external and internal company emails
- Assisting the EAs with booking meetings, travel, gifting, and running errands
- Helping to organise company events
- Support for the facilities team
- General admin – filing, scanning, printing, photocopying as requested
We are looking for a well-spoken, bright, professional and charming individual who is enthusiastic, muck in and enjoys being a key part of a busy team.
